信息披露要求

All MPP and Executive 员工 (President/Vice Presidents) are required to identify any conflict of commitment that would interfere with California State University (CSU) work assignments and employee performance (Pursuant to Section 42740 of Title 5, California 规例守则). Outside employment of an MPP or Executive employee shall not conflict with normal work assignments or satisfactory performance. 因此，MPP and Executive 员工 shall provide the appropriate administrator with a written disclosure statement of all outside employment endeavors.

Outside employment refers to any employment not compensated through CSU payroll, including CSU foundation and CSU auxiliary employment. 志愿者 work does not apply to this 政策.
